FAQ
Short answers about it-quick-support, taken from its SKILL.md.
Does it change anything without asking?
No. Read-only checks run without asking. Every change waits for your explicit yes to that one action, after you see the command, its effect and how to undo it. If you choose blanket permission for a ticket, it still shows and logs each action, and destructive or irreversible actions are never covered. A restore point is offered before the first change.
Where is my data stored?
On your PC. While it works, the ticket page and ticket file are in the session folder. When the ticket closes, they are saved automatically to Documents\IT-Agent-Quick\Reports. Ticket files and reports hold no computer name, username, IP or MAC address, serial number or path. The conversation itself, including command output, is sent to Anthropic, as in any Claude Code session.
Does it work on Windows 10?
It is designed for Claude Code on Windows and tested on Windows 11 with Windows PowerShell 5.1. It has not been tested on Windows 10.
Does it need internet or extra downloads?
Claude Code needs internet, so with no connection at all the skill cannot run. For that case it offers, once, a desktop shortcut to a read-only network check that works without internet and without Claude. The skill uses only built-in Windows tools; it never uses Python, Node or other runtimes, even when they are installed.
